PROCESS ENGINEER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering graduate
With at least one (2) year experience in a electronics company in the same position.
Computer literate ( MS Office, AutoCAD )
Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques like 8D, FMEA,SPC
Knowledgeable on process mapping/flowcharting
JOBS TO BE PERFORMED:
Recommend, schedules and accomplishes tests of process as assigned. Evaluate the necessary tests to
Qualify processes when appropriate.
Identifies critical process variables. Provides analysis and recommendations.
Attends to tecnical inquiries. Provides process troubleshooting support. Makes technical recommendations.
Improves process engineering tools. Develop process procedures.
Secures approval for and coordinates the purchase of economical, useful tools or equipment which will fill
the process evaluation needs.
Participates in multi-functional teams by providing process analysis to address customer concerns.
Participates in all new or re-designed product pilot runs to evaluate processes.
Supports and coaches Process Engineering I in the performance of thier duties. Appraises and implements
coaching or recommends training for the professional development of direct reports. Engages direct reports
in problem-solving to address customer concerns.
Implements company policies, rules and regulations to maintain discipline and order within the department.
PRODUCT ENGINEERING I
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any engineering course preferably
With At least one (2) year related experience.
With above average communication and presentation skills.
Must be resourceful.
JOBS TO BE PERFORMED :
Prepares Product assessment report and initial product costing based on the inquiries of the existing and potentiak customer/s.
Visits prospective and existing customer/s to determine their need and gather baseline data.
Answer technical inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
Recommends purchase tools, equipment, machines and parts or components necessary for product manufacturing.
Prepares recommendation/s on the improvement of the existing process as needed.
Ensure internal and external audit readiness and responsiveness.
Attend in-house or external training sessions and seminars as required.
Assume additional responsibilities as required.
Observe company rules and regulations included on legal and statutory compliance. Observe 5S of Good Housekeeping at all times.
